SPECIAL MEETING, RAMSEY COUNTY COMMISSION

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2005

9:00 A.M.

The meeting was called to order by Joe Belford, Chairman.  Roll call was taken and the following members were present:  Commissioners Mertens, Freije & Belford.  Those absent: Commissioners Berg & Brekke.

Motion was made by Commissioner Freije, seconded by Commissioner Mertens to transfer $4,218.80 from the County Human Service & $4,869.75 from the Emergency Fund to the Social Service Fund.  All members voted “AYE”.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Commissioner Mertens, seconded by Commissioner Freije to transfer $142,969.29 from the General Fund to the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center Fund and $86,924.12 from the Sewer Special Assessment Fund to the General Fund.  All members voted “AYE”.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Commissioner Freije, seconded by Commissioner Mertens to approve the 2005 Budget Amendments as presented by the County Auditor.  All members voted “AYE”.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Commissioner Mertens, seconded by Commissioner Freije to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 a.m.  All members voted “AYE”.  Motion carried.
