Marriage License

MARRIAGE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS                           FEE - $65.00

Couple needs to appear together.

Photo ID (preferably a driver's license)

If either party has ever been divorced, a certified copy of the most recent divorce decree.

License must be used within 60 days.  After 60 days the license is expired and a new one will have to be purchased.

CERTIFIED COPIES OF A MARRIAGE LICENSE          FEE - $5.00

If the marriage license was purchased in Ramsey County you may request a certified copy by providing the names of the groom and bride and the marriage date.
