Duties:
Responsible for maintaining a Veterans Service Office for the purpose of assisting veterans, widows of veterans, children or other eligible relatives of veterans in making claims for benefits to the Veterans Administration.  Supervising in all matters of administration, counseling veterans and referring them to the appropriate professional people to alleviate their problems.

NOTE TO ALL VETERANS:

If you have not already done so, I urge you all to send in your application for Veterans Health Care to the Veterans Administration.  I have these forms on hand and I will gladly assist you in filling them out.  We urge you to apply whether or not you need health care at this time.  One of the main benefits most veterans are taking advantage of now is the low cost medical prescriptions available under this plan.
